At Hydes Gym We have a Limited Exercise Area & Locker Room. (Please note: Our Exercise Area is Moving and my not be available during your visit)
A Shower Area is Available for Your Convenience, Towels Provided.
We Open at Noon Thursday & Friday, 3pm Saturday & Sunday

Membership Information
1. Please Email Us to request a Membership Application.
2. Once you complete the application we can make an appointment for your first visit. Please,No walk-ins allowed. We ask that you make arrangements in advance so we may provide you with the best service possible on your first visit to Hydes KC. New Members will be asked to visit us between the hours of 7 PM and 9 PM Thursdays thru Sundays.
3. Please have A Current, Valid, State Drivers License and one other form of valid ID. No ID Cards accepted, You Must Be 18!
4. Everyone is Welcome, However:
- You Must Speak English or Provide a Translator
-Follow Our Rules and State Laws
-Be Clean & Respect Others
-Drugs, Alcohol Never Allowed on the Premises.
A Note About Our Parking:
Remember We are Located in a Semi-Residential Area. Please Do Not Disturb our Neighbors. Please Be QUIET at all times. NO LOUD MUSIC or CONVERSATION Outside of the Building Please.
